On Sunday evening, whether I feel good or not, I change my rings. I have hundreds of rings, and I like to wear them all from time to time. So I try to develop a theme and go with something new every time.
What is the point of all this you ask? Well everyone needs a passion, or a hobby. Something calming to while away the idle hours. I have a jewelry blog at lynsjewelryblog.blogspot.com where I write about my love of jewels.
This week I want to wear my black diamond so I will try to make up a theme of other black rings, mostly of oynx and some gold bands. Some rings I like so well I always wear them. One is my signiture piece, a medalion with a stag's head on it.
It was made from a brass button that Richard gave me. I had it set in gold and it looks like an old coin. It's my favorite ring. My other two favorite rings are a bohemian turquoise ring with a lot of gold work in the setting and a large diamond cluster ring. I don't wear these all the time but if I had to choose three rings these would be them.
