lunch with the ladies

So tomorrow I'm going to have lunch with the ladies, my two sisters, in fact. Even though we live in a small town we don't get together enough. A study of hopice workers revealed that what the dying regret most is time not spent with their friends and family. Work and blogging comes in a way distant second.

Hence when I got back from Elyce's I asked my sisters to go out to lunch. they surprised me by saying, "love to." So that was great. I got presents for them on my trip!

Subjects we need to cover: the family Thanksgiving to be held in our other sister's Mansion in Reno. What food we need to bring, etc, etc. Who else is going to be there.

My neices and nephews. How they are doing. Who's stressed out and who's actually graduating. My son, the one in danger of not graduating, although he will be killed by an angry mob if he doesn't.

Sister Nancy and her Farm. The one she bought last year in Oregon City and is working like crazy to renovate and farm while working full time and making homemade tofu.

Our Brother Bill, who is letting his two darling children rule the roost. Because he and his wife Jen are older parents of young kids.

Sisters Anne and Amy and how hard they work and how they keep geting promotions at work.

Mom and husband Greg, and how well they are doing.

Any and all shortcomings of those mentioned above which I won't state here. Since I don't want to be killed by an angry mob.
